All HSE (Health Safety &#038; Environment) manuals and case data of this customer were also confined to paper\/word documents. Special programs were written to parse manuals and convert the data to a database. The system has a workflow, which allows document to be viewed and approved before its entry. Also the access control was on Document level \/ User level Again this new requirement was integrated into existing Hawkeye powered Knowledge Management Portal through the Framework components.
