■■１）Co-relation of task to Issue and Defect is possible ■■
◎In 3.13 it is possible to relate a task to the defect immediately after registering a defect.
◎Co-related task can be created newly or it is also possible to relate to the existing task.
◎Up to 3.12 we were able to correlate Issue and Defects, but in 3.13 we can further correlate Issue with tasks.
■■２）Co-relation of work order to task is possible ■■
◎It is now possible to correlate tasks with work order (hereinafter WO) in the BOM function.
■■３） Master Schedule Management ■■
◎With the master schedule (large schedule) concept, you can now display the phase of the project on the status report graph.
◎By overlapping, it becomes easier to understand the situation of the project.
■■４）Stack graph features ■■
◎Multiple time series graphs can be displayed on the project dashboard tab of the status report. 2-axis graph is also possible.
◎By looking at various kinds of graphs at the same time, it is possible to understand the situation of the whole project in more detail.
■■５）Enables addition of % Complete in Timesheet phase. ■■
◎In 3.13, % complete rate is defined in advance by timesheet phases of the project.
◎User can select to enter the % complete by selecting timesheet phases(Like Started, Completed etc.).
■■６) KPI alerts can be defined using formula. <Response Improvement Plan> ■■
◎KPI (Key Performance Indicator) is a measure to measure the progress status, quality situation etc. of projects.
◎In 3.13, from the Alert tab of the project setting menu, user can add / create unique measurements by KPI calculation formula, and similarly can set thresholds and frequencies for generating Alert.
■■７) Improvement in task import ■■
◎In Ver. 3.13 improvements are added for the feature “Based on Cost EVM” which was added in Ver. 3.12.
■■８) Schedule display improvement ■■
◎In Ver. 3.13 improvements are added for the feature “Svt: Schedule Difference” which was added in Ver. 3.12.
■■9) Addition of batch processing (cost & Svt calculation) ■■
◎SVT and Cost Calculations are carried out through scheduler at specified time.
