Teamwork requirement: The knowledge and information of large organization are often confined to paper documents. All HSE (Health Safety & Environment) manuals and case data of this customer were also confined to paper/word documents. There was a need to share this information online across the organization./dd>
Teamwork solution: Powered by Hawkeye, Sutra developed an online portal for sharing all HSE manuals online. Special programs were written to parse manuals and convert the data to a database. Provision was also made for updating documents and uploading modified documents and maintain versions.

Teamwork requirement: The same Oil Company that asked Sutra to develop Knowledge Management asked again to develop a Document Control system where access could be given to User on Document Level
Teamwork solution: Powered by Hawkeye, Sutra developed a unique Document Control system that tracked the Document through its Life Cycle right from its entry into the System to its archival. The system has a workflow, which allows document to be viewed and approved before its entry. Also the access control was on Document level / User level Again this new requirement was integrated into existing Hawkeye powered Knowledge Management Portal through the Framework components. This was a huge Cost Saver.
