■■１）Outsource(Control Panel) Updates ■■
◎Added Attachment Component to Outsource, available in Control Panel.
■■２）BOM Updates ■■
◎User can select Parts/Assembly and change its parent assembly..
◎Added QC log on Part QC page
◎User can see QC log from OUT/IN/QC page
■■３） Schedule -> Allow any date format in Check IN ■■
◎User can Check In Schedule with any Date Format.
■■４）Share Files Feature ■■
◎Hawkeye has provided a port to share files.
◎User can add information about File sharing like Email Ids of to be uploaded /downloaded files person, date, time and duration for Upload/download files and number of download attempts.
◎Email having information about Upload link and password will be sent automatically to the to be uploaded person. Login Id is Email Id.
◎Person, who is uploading files, will login and Upload the files. He will add comments and Save it.
◎Email, having information about download link and password, will be sent automatically to the person, to be downloaded. Login Id is Email Id.
◎Password mail will be sent separately.
◎Person, who is downloading files, will login and download the files.
■■４）Online Test Feature ■■
◎Online tests can be conducted through Hawkeye.
◎HR can set Exam schedule and candidate information. After Exam schedule, email specifying test time, login ID, Password will be sent to the candidate.
◎Candidate can appear for exam on specified time with Login ID, Password.
◎5 min before specified time for exam, candidate will be able to login and attend test.
◎After the Exam duration, candidate will be logged out automatically and paper will get submitted.
◎Paper will be tested online.
